Mr. Taylor is a structural and economic geologist and mining entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience with both producers and exploration companies. He is CEO, President and Director of Great Bear Resources Ltd since December 2010. He is currently Chairman of TSX.V listed Kodiak Copper Corp. and formerly a geologist with Imperial Metals Corp., a TSX company from 2004 to 2009. Mr. Taylor graduated with a Bachelor of Science honors degree in Earth Sciences in 2000, and a Master of Science degree in Structural Geology from Carleton University in 2003.
B.Sc., P.Geo. - VP Exploration
Mr. Singh has been associated with the mineral exploration industry for 25 years. He has strong technical background in evaluating and exploring gold and base metal systems and has outstanding geological, data management, computer and project management abilities.
Mr. Singh is founder of North Face Software Ltd. and serves as its President. He has worked for both junior and major mining companies as well as developed new technologies for recording and analyzing geological data. Mr. Singh has managed several exploration programs in the Red Lake Gold district since 2003 and was a key member of an exploration team exploring for sediment hosted gold deposits in British Columbia.
B.Sc., P.Geo – Exploration Manager
Mrs. Diakow is a professional geologist with over 14 years of experience working in the mineral exploration industry. She has been engaged in the exploration for precious metals, base metals and diamonds throughout North America, including over 6 years of gold exploration in the Red Lake area. Using a strong technical background, Mrs. Diakow plans and coordinates Great Bear’s field exploration, and monitors the QA/QC practices on the Dixie Project.
CPA, CA, CFA - Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Scott brings more than 20 years of professional experience in accounting, corporate finance, and merchant and commercial banking and has served on the management teams and boards of a number of Canadian publicly traded companies. He is a founder and president of Corex Management Inc., a private company providing accounting, administration, and corporate compliance services to privately held and publicly traded companies. Mr. Scott currently holds senior management and board positions with a number of TSX Venture Exchange Issuers.
CFA, CPA, CA - VP Corporate Development
Mr. Morrison has over 15 years of experience in the mining industry, having worked both in corporate development and investment banking roles. Mr. Morrison has managed and led negotiations on numerous transactions with aggregate value in excess $5 billion; including acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures, and other strategic initiatives. Most recently Mr. Morrison was a senior member of Teck Resources Limited’s Corporate Development team that oversaw the origination, negotiation, and execution of numerous transactions. Mr. Morrison is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charter Holder, a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA), and holds a Bachelor of Environmental Science honours degree from Dalhousie University.
B.Comm. - VP Corporate Communications
Ms. Bennett brings 20 years of professional and entrepreneurial experience in marketing, communications and business administration. She has recently held positions as Director and VP Marketing for digital marketing agencies and mining exploration companies, and specializes in content production and marketing. Ms. Bennett has been overseeing Great Bear Resources’ communications since 2017.
B.Sc., M.Sc., Geology - Chairman, Director
Mr. Kenyon is a seasoned mining executive, with more than 40 years experience in the international mining industry, holding degrees from the University of Alberta. He was a founding director of Cumberland Resources, acquired by Agnico-Eagle in 2007 (C$725M transaction). In 2002, Mr. Kenyon co-founded Canico Resource, became President and CEO, and acquired the Onca Puma nickel laterite deposit in Brazil, and the company was acquired by CVRD in 2005 ($950M transaction). He was a founding director of Sutton Resources and President and CEO from 1983 up to its acquisition by Barrick Gold in 1999 (C$525M transaction).
Most recently Mr. Kenyon was Chairman and Interim CEO of Detour Gold (later acquired by Kirkland Lake for C$4.9B) and Senior Independent Director of Acacia Mining. In 2005 he received the Developer of the Year award from the PDAC in recognition of excellence in mining developments.

Mr. Lawson has over 34 years of experience in large scale mine design / build / operations in Canada/Ontario as well as in technical studies, health and safety, government, community and First Nations relations, and permitting / environment. He holds a Bachelor of Mining Engineering Degree from McGill University.
He has served as Chief Engineer, Mine Manager at Placer Dome’s Musselwhite Mine, as well as Mining Manager and Business Development Manager at Placer Dome’s Campbell Mine. He has also held the position of Mine General Manager at DeBeers’ Snap Lake Mine and then returned to Goldcorp Inc.’s Musselwhite Mine as General Manager. Most recently, Mr. Lawson was VP Operational Support, then VP Geology and Mine Planning for Goldcorp Inc., and then went on to hold the position of COO at TMAC Resources Inc.
B.Sc. (A.R.S.M.) - Director
For more than two decades Mr. Ramshaw has been a senior executive (including President, CEO and Vice-President, Business Development) and a director of several exploration companies headquartered in Vancouver but with mining properties around the world. Earlier in his career, he was a mining analyst for an independent brokerage firm in London, U.K. Despite his executive roles in exploration and mineral development, he is still active in the art and science of geological exploration, most recently spending time on field programs in both the Yukon, Canada and Mexico.

Ms. Rogers has over 20 years of experience working for Canadian-based international public companies in the areas of the corporate governance, treasury, mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting and tax. She has significant experience in the mining industry ranging from greenfields exploration to senior gold producer in both director and officer roles. Mrs. Rogers has served as an officer of several public companies including Chief Financial Officer of Castle Peak Mining Ltd., Vice-President, Treasurer of Goldcorp Inc., Treasurer of Wheaton River Minerals Ltd. and Treasurer of Silver Wheaton Corp. Previous to that, she held various senior management roles at Finning International Inc. over a period of nine years. Ms. Rogers is a graduate of the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Commerce degree and holds a Chartered Professional Accountant designation. She is currently a Director of Argonaut Gold Ltd. and Diversified Royalty Corp.
Ph.D., P.Geo. - Director
Dr. Terry is a professional economic geologist, senior executive and corporate director with more than 25 years’ of international experience in the mineral resources sector. Dr. Terry has held executive positions with a number of mineral resource companies; he currently serves as a director of Golden Arrow Resources Corporation. He has also worked with a number of senior mining companies including Boliden Limited, Westmin Resources Limited, Hemlo Gold Mines Inc., Cominco Limited and Gold Fields Mining Corporation.

Mr. Ricci is a Chartered Professional Accountant with 25+ years serving Canadian and US listed public companies. He is a former Director and CFO of mining companies with a combined market capitalization near $2 billion including Norsemont Mining, Keegan Resources (currently Asanko Gold Inc), Petaquilla Minerals and Petaquilla Copper. His was formerly with KPMG and AMEC Engineering Inc.
Mr. Robins is a professional geologist with over 30 years of experience as an independent exploration geologist and entrepreneur. Most recently John was the founder and Chairman of Kaminak Gold which was purchased for $520 million by Goldcorp Inc. in 2016. He also founded Hunter Exploration Group, one of Canada’s most successful private exploration companies.
In 2008, Mr. Robins was recognized for his achievements in mining exploration by the Association for Mineral Exploration British Columbia with the H.H. “Spud” Huestis Award. This is recognized as one of the highest awards given for mineral exploration.
Mr. Robins has also been active in starting several successful public exploration and development companies culminating in 2005 with his co-founding of the Discovery Group of Companies, which includes Bluestone Resources, Fireweed Zinc. and Northern Empire (sold to Coeur Mining in 2018) among others. Mr. Robins also sits on the Board of several successful publicly traded exploration companies.
Mr. Paterson has 19 years of corporate experience with several North American publicly traded companies, participating in acquisitions, joint-ventures, spin-outs, reverse transactions and IPO’s. Mr. Paterson is CEO and a director of ValOre Metals Corp. and served as director of Kaminak Gold Corp. from 2010 to 2016, when Goldcorp. acquired Kaminak for in excess of $500 million. Since January 2010, Mr. Paterson has been involved as an executive or as an active director of companies which have raised in excess of $175 million in equity financings.
